My wife, Ann and I recently had the pleasure of working with George and his Team at RE/MAX in the procurement of our new home in Ocala and we could not be more pleased.   George and his team truly embody superlative Customer Service. Although Ann and I are generally easy going, we are extremely critical, especially when it comes to Customer Service. We feel compelled to say that we were not only pleasantly surprised but that our expectations have most definitely been exceeded. George and his team were very warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. Throughout the entire process George has been extremely patient and generous with his time, expertise and counsel. George continues to stay in touch even after the sale was finalized. In Real Estate as with most businesses “time is money”; however, we never felt rushed and as a matter of fact, as mentioned before, George continues to be very generous with his time and expertise even post sale. As you can probably tell we hold George in extremely high esteem and count ourselves as truly lucky to have met him. We no longer consider him and his team our agents but rather our friends.
